畢爾包比斯開銀行（西班牙語：Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria，常稱作西班牙外換銀行或西班牙對外銀行；縮寫BBVA）是西班牙的主要銀行，成立於1999年，總行位於巴斯克自治區畢爾包。
1999年由畢爾包比斯卡亞銀行和Argentaria兩家銀行合併，名稱因而變更為畢爾包比斯開銀行（Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria，簡稱BBVA）。其中畢爾包比斯開銀行本身幾年前由三家銀行合併而成的：畢爾包銀行，比斯開銀行和西班牙外換銀行。BBVA於2008-09賽季開始贊助西班牙甲組足球聯賽[2]，持續了8個賽季，直到2015-16賽季[3]。而在2010年也開始贊助NBA[4]，直到2017年為止[5]。
2018年，西班牙對外銀行成為全球首家使用區塊鏈技術發放貸款的銀行[6]。它還同時名列「2018西班牙最有價值的100大品牌」排行榜第3位[7]，《財富》雜誌2018年世界500強第224位[8]。
2020年，BBVA USA以116億美元的價格出售給PNC Financial Services[9]。
